La Sella Golf Resort

Villa on a slightly sloping plot built 2007 in modern style and surrounded by different terraces offering stunning views to the golf course, the Montgo Natural Park and the Mediterranean sea.

On the ground floor you have a covered entrance and an entrance hall. Turning to the left, there is an excellent sized bedroom with its en-suite bath and a guest toilet. On the right side are the open-plan common areas, a very bright space due to high ceilings and many windows. Furthermore, there is an independent kitchen, completely equipped with first class electrical appliances. All these rooms give access to a spacious porch.
On the upper floor of the villa you have two double bedrooms. The master bedroom features its en-suite bath and dressing room, and gives access to a balcony. The other bedroom does have an en-suite bath and balcony, too. Both rooms have especially designed built-in wardrobes. Between the two rooms, there is a spacious gallery.

In the exterior, there is a 10x5 m private pool, an outside shower, a BBQ and a covered parking space for two cars. The garden is carefully landscaped and includes many Mediterranean plants.
The lower floor of the house is used as a storage area, but it could be converted into additional living space.
